After taking 10 starts to break her maiden status Rhonda in Paris has won her second race this preparation only two starts later.

Over 1100m at Geelong she jumped well but was taken on in the lead by a couple of horses drawn wider than her. After keeping the lead she travelled well to the turn and soon after straightening kicked away only to look as though she was going to be swamped by horses who had been able to secure easier runs. To her absolute credit though she dug deep and was able to bob on the line to secure victory.

Her form this prep has been a credit to her and the stable and her group of owners are always confident of earning a cheque when she steps out.

The win continues a great run of success for the Besanko stable which has seen great placement of the horses over recent months being met with wins all over the state.
